Why I’m qualified to guide this work

I don’t teach this from theory. I teach it from years inside the same terrain — navigating mental health, responsibility, identity collapse, and the slow rebuild of self-trust through action. I’ve seen the patterns that keep men stuck. I’ve lived the cost of avoiding them. And I’ve walked the long road back to clarity, stability, and grounded leadership.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you stop abandoning yourself.
